Apple cider vinegar is obtained by the fermentation of apple juice. It is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, B2, and B6. It is also rich in minerals such as Calcium, Potassium and Zinc.

Apple cider vinegar restores the skin’s natural pH balance of the skin. This helps to keep the skin healthy and prevents outbreaks. It is rich in alpha hydroxy acids that are good for the skin.

When the proper pH balance of the skin is maintained, dead skin cells are shed at the proper rate and pores do not get blocked.

It also helps to clean the internal body system and flushes out toxins thereby keeping the skin healthy.
