A Healthy Diet for Healthy Skin

One of the most important step for a healthy and glowing skin is by following a healthy diet, which include plenty of vegetables and fruits.

Tomatoes are good for UV ray protection.

Avocado and Nuts are rich in Omega 3 oils good to moisturize and nourish your skin.

Carrots, beetroots, are rich in Vitamin A and Beta carotene which helps promote the growth of new skin cells.

Dark circles may also be due to indigestion. Yogurt is natural bacteria which help in proper digestion.

Mushrooms have zinc which promotes the growth of collagen. Collagen helps in building of skin cells.

Green leafy vegetables, help to sweat out the toxins.

Citrus fruits have a high level of Vitamin C which is good for collagen production. Collagen production prevents wrinkle formation and ageing. Vitamin C also helps in preventing the damage of cells. Oranges, Grape fruit, Lemon are citrus fruits.

Berries like strawberries and raspberries are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C. They help in promoting the growth of collagen and are anti-oxidants.

Dark chocolate has magnesium which improve blood flow.
